New Community’s Youth Services Department is offering Remote Learning Assistance and Childcare for children ages 5 to 13 at the NCC Recreation Center, 56-68 Hayes St., Newark, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Social distancing will be maintained and face masks worn.
