Both Community Hills Early Learning Center (CHELC) and Harmony House Early Learning Center (HHELC) opened Sept. 8 for the new school year with some changes because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The buildings are open for infants and toddlers while the older children are participating in virtual learning. Teachers providing virtual instruction are in the classroom interacting with their students through devices.
