Representatives from La Casa de Don Pedro recently met with the residents of New Community Manor Senior. Residents received assistance with certification for the Home Energy Assistance Program, which is available to low and moderate income households in Essex County. The assistance helps to manage the cost of home heating under the federal Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program and University Service Fund programs provided by the New Jersey Public Utility Board.
