Because of the inclement weather, New Community offices will have a delayed opening on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024. Offices will open at 10 a.m. Community Hills Early Learning Center (CHELC), Harmony House Early Learning Center (HHELC), Youth Services and New Community Career & Technical Institute (NCCTI) will be closed.
