Children and families came out for the New Community Halloween Party hosted by Youth Services on Oct. 25 at the NCC Neighborhood Center, 56-68 Hayes St., Newark. It was a fun afternoon for the whole family. Children dressed up in their costumes, participated in games, won prizes, got their face painted, jumped in a bounce house and visited a haunted classroom.
